Bangkok Guest Friendly Hotels on Sukhumvit Soi 11

A Popular Nightlife Hotspot in Central Bangkok

There are many reasons why a single guy would want to stay at a hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11.

Mainly, it's right in between Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy's go go bars. You can walk to either one in about 10 minutes.

Also there are many popular international restaurants, pubs and bars to grab a bite or drink with all the cool people in Bangkok. It's the type of place where high society Thais hangout and mingle with expats and foreign tourists.

And Soi 11 is not a bad place to look for Thai freelancers. Club Climax is a well known after hours club where a guy can go in and meet ladies. Q Bar, a stylish New York City inspired bar is also a hangout for Thai ladies involved in the play for pay scene. However you will be paying more since many freelancers inside Q Bar are smoking hot.

And right on Soi 7/1 is Eden Club, one of the most unique establishments in Bangkok where a guy can go and fulfill their fantasy of having a threesome. And they only charge 1950THB per lady for a 90 minute session.

Add in the fact that many hotels along Sukhumvit Soi 11 are guest friendly so there's no need to pay a joiner fee and you can see why the location is ideal as a party hotel in Bangkok for single guys.

Recommended Guest Friendly Hotels on Soi 11:

Ambassador Hotel - 2000THB per night
Chaidee Mansion - 1700THB per night
Grand President Hotel - 2470THB per night
Le Fenix Sukhumvit - 1700THB per night
President Palace Bangkok - 2800THB per night
Salil Hotel Suk 11 - 2000THB per night
Seasons Boutique Hotel - 1400THB per night
Swiss Park Hotel - 1400THB per night

To give you an idea of distance; from the entrance of the Nana BTS station and down to Q Bar is about 300 meters. And the answer is no. My map was not drawn by a 5 year old.

It's a heavily traveled area and very safe even at night. As I mentioned earlier Soi 11 has many restaurants and plenty of places to grab a beer. So if this is your first visit to Bangkok this particular sliver of Sukhumvit road is definitely a good area to find a hotel and stay near Bangkok's red light districts.

Bangkok's Majestic Grande Hotel

Majestic Grande - 12 Sukhumvit Soi 2
The Majestic Grande is one of the few handful of 4 star hotels in Bangkok in Sukhumvit that I always feel comfortable recommending.

And that's because as a guest at the Majestic you'll not only come across friendly and professional hotel staff but the location of the hotel is perfect and near Nana's nightlife.

The hotel is situated on Sukhumvit Soi 2 and there is a clear path cutting through to Soi 4, where the go go bars of Nana Plaza and the Thai freelancers of Nana Hotel are located.

There are a lot of hookers standing around corners on Soi 4 and even more bar girls for hire inside of the beer bars lining the street.

And for those who are fans of Bangkok's soapy massage parlors, Annies is just right across the street from the hotel's doorsteps. And there are many smaller bars and beer bars filled with bar girls throughout the area, so there's no such thing as a boring night.

Now the Majestic Grande is not a new hotel. It's 8 years old now. But that's okay. Because the hotel is remarkably managed so the hotel is kept in tip top shape with an emphasis on guests comforts.

I've stayed at the Grande Superior (28 sq. m.) and Grande Deluxe (40 sq. m.) rooms previously to make reviews. As a single guy, a Grande Superior room is all you need. For one thing, it's more affordable and cost a little under 2900THB for one night including taxes and breakfast.

My sorry excuse of a map of where Majestic Grande is located

Book a minimum of 2 nights at the Majestic Grande and the price drops down to around 2600THB per night. A deluxe room will still cost roughly 3200THB per night with taxes and breakfast for a minimum of 2 nights stay. If you're comfortable with paying that price then you won't be let down.

It's really a great hotel that has everything single guys out in Bangkok's Nana red light district needs. And the hotel is bar girl friendly too as confirmed by an email from the Majestic Grande:
Dear Mr.Jim Hunt,

Thank you for your e-mail, please be advised that the hotel allow an outside guest sharing room without any additional charge, however the guest ID Card is required to keep at security department for security purpose.

Should you have any inquiry, please feel free to let us know at all time.

Warmest regards,
Areerat Dhakurabuth

Current Bangkok Hotel Deals - May 24th 2012

Here are 3 recommended bar girl friendly hotels with discounts near Soi Cowboy, Nana and Patpong:

Superior studio room at Jasmine Executive Suites Bangkok
Jasmine Executive Suites
If you're goal is to get drunk with a bar girl from Soi Cowboy and worried about getting back to your hotel than you should consider staying at Jasmine Executive Suites a very affordable 4 star hotel near the MRT and BTS train stations.

The Jasmine is a popular hotel located near the entrance of Sukhumvit Soi 23. So it's less than a 3 minute walk to Soi Cowboy.

Currently on Agoda, there is a 25% discount but you have to book within 14 days of check in. However if you do not plan on visiting Bangkok so soon I did notice that even in the next few months you can get a superior room at Jasmine Executive Suites for around 2000THB after a 30% discount.

A superior room at Majestic Grande
Majestic Grand Hotel
Near Nana Plaza's go go bars I recommend my all time favorite 4 star hotel, the Majestic Grande Bangkok. Located right on Sukhumvit Soi 2. The hotel  runs a little parallel to Nana Plaza which is on Soi 4. So you can easily walk from one place and back in 5 minutes. So it's perfect for short timing Thai bar girls.

And just right outside the Majestic's entrance is Annie's Soapy Massage Parlor and a bunch of minor bars and beer bars with ladies for hire.

Right now there is a 15% off deal but you have to stay a minimum of 2 nights at the Majestic Grande Hotel.  So a Grand Superior room will cost about 2750THB per night which includes taxes and breakfast. And believe me, the breakfast alone is worth the price. They've got the best breakfast spread.

Now a hotel near Patpong red light district that I recommend is the Bally's Silom Suites right on Silom Road. Normally it's about a 5 minute walk to the go go bars of Patpong in the daytime. But at night, when 7pm rolls around, the night market springs open and the streets will get flooded with tourists and souvenir merchandise. So walking through all that mess will take about 10 minutes.

Now Bally's is not as flash as the other two hotels on this list. However, it's not a bad place to stay if you're looking for nice big clean room with free Internet access and close proximity to the MRT and BTS train stations.

Though here is a fair warning. If you get a room in the back facing Silom Soi 2 then you're going to get hit with a lot of noise from the gay discos and clubs located there. So either be prepared with ear plugs or ask for another room.

Right now there is a 14% off discount provided by Agoda.com for a superior room and with taxes it should come to around 1300THB to 1400THB. That's not a bad price at all considering that Patpong's hotels are considered on the pricey side.

Sunshine Hotel and Residence Pattaya Review

Girl Friendly and Inexpensive

217/1 Moo 10, Soi 8, Pattaya Beach Road
Pattaya Sunshine Hotel and Residence is located on a very busy section of Pattaya's red light district. It's definitely not a hotel to bring your wife and kids to. Though it is the favorite hotel for men who enjoy the company of bar girls on their laps while other ladies gyrate around a chrome pole.

And Pattaya's red light strip called Walking Street is just a 5 minute stroll south, while the beach is just a 5 minute walk west. But that's not the sole reason why Sunshine is so popular.

It also helps that it is one of the most affordable budget hotels in Pattaya and a very good choice for tourists looking to stay in Pattaya a couple of weeks or longer.

However, this hotel does have its bad points and good points.

Pattaya Sunshine Hotel and Residence is a 3 star hotel and certainly has a lot of mixed reviews. And the condition of the hotel has improved though since the big renovation in 2010. Since it's located on Soi 8 the building is flanked by minor go go bars like; First Go Go Bar, Sexy Lady, and World Wide. And of course the area has its beer bars and small quaint clubs where Thai freelancers and bar girls can be found cat every every man in their sights.

And at night your hearing will be assaulted with loud music late into the night until 2am. Which will be much worst in the lower floors. There are 12 floors in this hotel. So it would be a wise choice to request a room on a higher floor since it will be a bit quieter. Plus if you get a room with a high floor facing the bay you'll get a really good view Pattaya Bay. And of course you have to pay a bit more for your room in order to get that view. Everything has a price.

Seaview Room - Pattaya Sunhine Hotel
Initially the building was first a hotel. Then the residence building was built shortly after. Hence the name of the property and the reason why there are two swimming pools.

Pattaya beach is only a 5 minute walk away but the swimming pools is a good place with adequate sun to tan though sun chairs are a bit sparse.

If you book a standard room, which cost about 1000THB (low season rate) you'll end up in the hotel wing. Spend a little bit more cash to get a sea view room. It's worth it in my opinion.

With rates so low, it's easy to see why the hotel is often overbooked. The room rate usually includes a free buffet breakfast, served from 7am to 11am which is quite popular with the expat crowd who pay 150 baht to fill themselves up with pancakes, eggs, bacon and many more Western and Asian food variety.

Now if you can afford to pay a little bit more, say around 1400THB per night than you'll land yourself a much better quality room in the residence wing. Rooms there are larger, with newer furniture and a bit more cheerful decor.

These are price rates for August 2012 travel dates
As always I recommend using Agoda for booking hotels in Pattaya, especially for Sunshine Hotel and Residence, where you can find current guests reviews, discounts and free cancellations.

Remember though, standard rooms in the tower building are smaller at 24 square meters. However, a stand room at the residence wing is 33 square meters. Agoda is offering both room types at 1400THB total with taxes and breakfast included. It's a no brainer on which to choose.

Bar  Girls and Massage Parlors Near Sunshine Hotel
All the rooms come with the usual comforts. There is a mini fridge with snacks, though it's a better idea to get your own snacks outside at the 7 Eleven.

The television has limited channels but lets face it if someone wants to watch football in Pattaya they will probably do so in a bar with a cold beer in one hand and a bar girl in the other. Most importantly all rooms are air conditioned with in room controls.

As far as guest facilities goes there really isn't much except two swimming pools. Massage services are handled outside and there are plenty around either for a traditional massage to one where clients can get a "happy ending".

But for all the die hard party animals who have the "I'll sleep when I'm dead" attitude and traveling on a budget, this hotel is not a bad choice at all.

Cheap Girl Friendly Hotels Near Nana Plaza

Ahh, Nana Plaza. I know a lot of guys love that little building with 3 floors chock full of Thai gogo bar girls and aggressive Amazonian ladyboys.

And staying near Nana's go go bars is actually a pretty good choice considering it's a prime location. There is a Sky Train station and plenty of places to find food, drink and women. And with the increasing prices of having fun in the bars, there is no wonder why men are looking for cheaper places to stay around Nana, particularly in the Sukhumvit Soi 4 area.

There are the obvious hotels in the area that you can pick and choose from. One that comes to mind is the Nana Hotel, which is really famous for the hordes of hookers that stand around the hotel's parking lot entrance. The only time that I would pay a visit to the Nana Hotel is to have their pork chops for dinner. They make great pork chops.

Other than that, the hotel itself is not in great shape and at 1500THB per night you can find better, cheaper and newer hotel properties on Nana Soi 4.

I've already touched upon some great hotels in the 1500THB - 2000THB price range in this post about Nana Plaza Hotels. I can understand those rates can be a bit high for most visiting Bangkok's red light districts.

But is it possible to find a hotel that are under 1500THB in Nana? Oh yes you can! Matter of fact there are quite a lot of hotels on Sukhumvit road that are under 1300THB, am I'm talking about hotels right between Nana Plaza and down to Soi Cowboy. Though I can understand why a lot of guys like finding a place to stay right on Nana Soi 4. So here we go.

Single Studio - Majestic Suites Hotel
My first recommended cheap hotel near Nana Plaza is the Majestic Suites Hotel Bangkok and it's a 2 star hotel in my book. With taxes and set menu breakfast for 1 person, the price comes out to 1290THB per night. And that's the room rate for a 25 square meter superior room.

It's a bare bones minimal hotel but clean. The service is friendly and professional. The only real perk is you can head over to their sister hotel the Majestic Grande for a dip in their tiny pool or a workout in an equally smaller gym for free.

The Majestic is right around the corner from Nana Plaza and the Sky Train station entrance is very close.

The Majestic Suites has always been one of the most popular girl friendly hotel near Nana's go go bars. With only 55 rooms in the property you should book ahead to reserve a room for your travel dates.

I have two more cheap hotels to recommend that are run by the same management, the White Orchid Inn and Orchid Place. Both are small basic hotels but you get air conditioning, bottled water, cable television and free Wi-Fi Internet access. What else more can a guy ask for?

White Orchid Inn
The first is White Orchid Inn and it is just a 3 minute walk to Nana Plaza's go go bars.

Their standard rooms are slightly smaller than 25 square meters. There is no room safe in the hotel. So make sure you bring a lock to secure your valuables in your luggage.

There is also no elevator either. And there are 4 floors, so bear that in mind if you decide to stay there and keep the luggage to a minimum.

But you can't really expect too much. A standard room cost about 1000THB with taxes included only. It's not for everyone so I recommend reading more current reviews for White Orchid Inn to help you make a decision on whether to stay there or not.

The sister property Orchid Inn is around the corner on Sukhumvit Soi 6. It's an even smaller hotel with 19 rooms only. There is no elevator but the hotel has only 3 floors.

It's another very basic and cheap hotel surrounded by expensive ones. But it's still a decent place to stay at only 1000THB a night. Though like its sister property, you might want to read up more reviews on Orchid Place.

But overall, as long as you don't have too much expectations, then both hotels are good choices for saving some cash and spending it at Annie's soapy massage on Sukhumvit Soi 2, which is less than a 5 minute walk.

Remember that even though all of the hotels mentioned here allow you to invite bar girls to your rooms at no extra charge, they may ask your guest to leave an I.D. for security reasons. But it's also important for hotel management to check and make sure that your companion is not under-aged.

S15 Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok

There are a lot of clean and affordable hotels right on Sukhumvit road, near Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza to choose from.

But if you particularly want to stay at a hotel near a place area where you can find a lot of Thai prostitutes than the S15 Sukhumvit Hotel might be right for you.

Especially since the hotel is girl friendly and won't mind at all if you would like to take a Thai prostitute back to your room. As long as it's 1 lady at a time. A threesome in their rooms will cost an extra 1200THB.

Below you can read an email from the S15 Hotel regarding their policy on inviting ladies to a room at their property.

The S15 is yet another hotel property in Bangkok named after its address. And in this case it's Soi 15 on Sukhumvit road which is a hotbed location of Thai freelancers.

To start off the hotel is near the entrance of the Asoke Sky Train station and Sukhumvit MRT subway station. Using the Sky Train is the best way to get to MBK shopping center, Siam Paragon Mall, Chatuchak Weekend Market and a few other points of interest for foreigners in the city. To get to Patpong red light district, take a ride on the MRT subway to Silom station.

Deluxe room at S15 Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok
And when it comes to Bangkok's infamous and wild nightlife, the S15's location is tops in that category. The go go bars of Soi Cowboy are a short 5 minute stroll, right across Asoke road. And the city's most popular bars and clubs on Sukhumvit Soi 11 are not too far either. The lights, sounds and go go bars of Nana Plaza is an easy 10 minute walk down to Soi 4, past many restaurants, stores and other types of tourist centric establishments.

There's Darlings Massage right across the road on Soi 12 where you can get a soapy body massage for around 2,500THB an hour. Personally, I would head over to the Huay Kwang District for soapy massage. You can get there by taking the MRT subway station  near the hotel to Huay Kwang MRT station.

Also right across the Sukhumvit road on Soi 10 is Lolita's 2, which is a blow job bar. To be quite honest, it's not my cup of tea. But I do know many guys who love that place more than their own mothers.

There are plenty of opportunities to meet Thai freelancers near the S15. The Thermae Bar right under the Ruamchitt Hotel has dozens of Thai hookers that charge around 1500THB - 2000THB for 1 hour.

And since the S15 Hotel is just 3 minutes away from the Thermae there is no need at all to rent a short time room and needlessly spend an extra 500THB.

Deluxe room's bathroom
I stayed in a deluxe room before just last year. The room was at least 32 square meters in size and very comfortable. Though don't expect too much desk space to work on. The table is far too narrow for a laptop.

You can tell that the hotel was renovated from an older property. But it seems like they've only updated the exterior. Because the electrical wiring won't fit the Western electrical plugs. However, there is an adapter in the room you can use.

Overall, the S15 Hotel is quite nice. Though they are deemed as a 4 star hotel, I can honestly give them 3. And that's because of the lack of guests facilities such as a swimming pool and their very bad excuse for a gym.

But the rooms are big and very comfortable and the location again can't be beat because you're close to everything, food, shopping, transportation and adult entertainment is all at your finger tips.

When I booked my room at the S15 Hotel, the cheapest room type is a deluxe, which at the time I paid about 1900THB including taxes, but no breakfast. As usual you can always find discounts for S15 Sukhumvit Hotel like I did through Agoda.

And the S15 Sukhumvit is a confirmed guest friendly hotel. Below is an email from the hotel for your reference:
Dear Jim Hunt,

Warmest greetings from S15 'Boutique on Unique Location' Hotel,

Many thanks for your inquiry. There is no joiner fee if you book the room at the rate of double occupancy which is only Baht.200 different and as long as there are only 2 people in the room.
Third person will be charged Baht.1,200 net per night.

Best regards,
Visidhi Thammanubarn
Director of Sales
S15 Sukhumvit Hotel
Like any girl friendly hotel in Bangkok they won't charge a fee as long as you keep within the 2 person occupancy limit. And the hotel will require that your lady leave her Thai I.D. card with reception. It's done as a safety precaution.

Hotels Near Bangkok's Oil Massage Parlors

For a Good Oil Massage Experience - Head to Phrom Phong BTS Station

One of the best pleasures a man can experience when done right, is the famous oily massage. Well, there's two actually, the other is a soapy massage.

And there are a lot of places where you can have one close to guest friendly hotels near Bangkok's red light districts.

In my opinion, the best oil massage parlors are the shops near the Phrom Phong BTS station, right where the Emporium Mall stands.

And it's hard to miss these establishments especially when you see an open menu by a shop offering balls massage, or testicles massage. And most of the better establishments are found between Sukhumvit Soi 23 down to to Soi 26, conveniently right where the Phrom Phong BTS station is.

You might have already heard of a few popular names such as Teen Massage and Akane. Though my particular favorite is Thonglor Massage on Sukhmvit Soi 26.

As a matter of fact it's not such a bad place to find a hotel in Bangkok either. The station is a quick 1 stop away from Soi Cowboy's go go bars and 2 stops away to Nana red light district. So it's a very convenient location for exploring the city, and especially the city's nightlife.

And all of my recommended no joiner fee hotels are all near the stations entrance.

Amora Neoluxe Suites
The first hotel that I highly recommend is the Amora Neoluxe Suites. It's only about a year old now and I think it is a fantastic new girl friendly hotel, by the entrance of Sukhumvit road Soi 31.

There are only about 60 rooms in the entire property. I've only stayed in the Neosuperior double room which is the least expensive room type. The rooms was about 27 square meters so it's small. But the way they designed the room and fit all of the furnishing inside gave the room a better feel.

The room is equipped with an electronic touch pad control. So you can turn on and off every light in the entire room including the television. And I have to add that their beds are very comfortable.

The Amora Neoluxe Suites is rated as a 4 star hotel. And as much as I really like it I can only give it 3 stars. And that's mainly because of the tiny so called gym. However, the rooftop pool is very nice so no complaints about that.

As of writing there's a 50% off discount for Neosuperior rooms. Not sure how long it's going to last but when I stayed there last December 2011, the deal was still on. I paid around 1800THB with taxes and breakfast included and saved 50% off. Here are the booking details and guests reviews for the Amora.

Grand Superior Room at Citrus Sukhumvit 22 Hotel
Another really nice hotel near a lot of Bangkok's oily massage parlor is the Citrus Sukhumvit 22 Hotel.

It's about 4 years old and is quite a big hotel at 90 rooms, with a swimming pool, but no gym.

It's a very well kept hotel and I've had friends stay at the Citrus 22 hotel too and they all have positive reviews.

A superior room cost around 2100THB per night with taxes if you book through Agoda.com which currently has a 30% off discounts. The superior rooms are 31 square meters so there is a lot of room.

If you want to stay closer to the Emporium Department Mall and Phrom Phong BTS station than you can't get any closer than the newly renovated Emporium Suites.

Before the big update to the hotel property I wasn't too keen on recommending the Emporium Suites. Today it's one of the best properties that is close to everything a guy could want to make his stay near oily massage parlors even better. The hotel operates as a serviced apartment, so rooms are equipped with kitchenettes.

Superior room - Emporium Suites
Get this, a superior room is 55 square meters. That's a lot of space. And the bathroom is big too with a nice sized bath tub, which is a real rarity for hotels in Bangkok these days. Okay, so the price of a superior room might be considered expensive to most. A superior room at the Emporium Suites cost around 3600THB including taxes, but ever so often the hotel throws out special discounts.

Though the Emporium is marked as a 5 star property, I still think it's only worth 4. There are a lot of nice guest amenities such as a big swimming pool and a gym as well as spa service, but other than that I don't think it's a 5 hotel. But the biggest perk is the Emporium Shopping Mall. It's a great place to watch plenty of beautiful Hi-So Thai girls do their shopping.

Superior room at Arize Sukhumvit
Then there is a new hotel on Sukhumvit soi 26 called Arize Hotel built in 2012. And you all know how much I love recommending new hotels.

Arize is a brand new hotel that is just a few minutes walk to a couple of my favorite oil massage parlors, Angel Massage and Premier 101 Massage.

And of course it's massage friendly so no worries at all if you want to call up a massage shops and have them send over a girl to your room at Arize.

So far there is a discount on a superior room which can go up as high as 50% at Arize Sukhumvit Hotel for a price of 2200THB per night with taxes. Though keep in mind that a superior room is 25 square meters and the room's furniture is big so the space is a bit snug.

Are there any cheaper hotels?

Bangkok has plenty of hotels for the budget traveler who wants to avoid paying joiner fees. I have a few hotels I can recommend for around 1300THB a night or less.

A good oily massage parlor
The first is Nantra Sukhumvit 39 Hotel. This is a brand new hotel opened up this year. The cheapest rooms are named economy. And yes, any room that is marked as 'economy' is going to be small, and it is at 25 square meters. Factor in the bed and other furniture and it can get downright small. To me it's a 2 star hotel and very basic. But it's a clean new hotel.

The good news is that there is currently a discount going on for around 1300THB including taxes and breakfast at the Nantra Sukhumvit 39. That price is very good considering you'll be next to Emporium Mall, BTS train station and of course plenty of oily massage parlors. One of my favorites near the hotel is right across Sukhumvit road called Angels Massage by Sukhumvit Soi 24/1.

Another cheapie hotel is back down the other way on Sukhumvit Soi 22 called Check Inn Regency Park. Although it is an older hotel property it's still a good budget place to stay in Bangkok if you're not expecting too much and don't mind sleeping on a hard mattress. And currently, you can find a superior room at the Check Inn Regency for around 1200THB. Which is not a bad price at all for a place surrounded by naughty boy massage shops.

These are all very good hotel choices to choose if you ever want to stay near Phrom Phong Sky Train station. And these hotels don't care if you invite ladies back to your room or even if you want a massage parlor to send a girl to your room.

Current Bangkok Hotel Deals - May 13th 2012

Here is a list of new discounts and promotion for guest friendly hotels in Bangkok:

Manhattan Hotel Bangkok
Manhattan Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 15 is a popular no joiner fee hotel close to Thermae, a popular bar to look for Thai freelancers.

It's close to BTS Nana station and in easy walking distance to Soi Cowboy and Nana's go go bars.

It's an ideal hotel for those who want to be close bars, massage parlors and plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Currently there are 2 promotional rates, a superior room without breakfast will cost 1500THB, with breakfast 1700THB per night. Not sure how long the deal will last so you should check rates for Manhattan Hotel Bangkok soon.

Citadines Sukhumvit 23
Another good hotel is actually a serviced apartment that is just a short 5 minute walk to Soi Cowboy, called Citadines Sukhumvit 23. Don't worry, even though it is technically an apartment you won't need to sign a lease. Short stay guests are just as welcomed.

Currently the special at Citadines Sukhumvit 23 is for a studio executive room which cost around 1870THB per night with no breakfast though. And it is a 3 star hotel so the price is decent.

The room is quite big at 28 square meters with modern furnishings with free internet Wi-Fi. There is a pool and a gym too and since it is a newer hotel everything is in good working order.

Ambassador Hotel Bangkok
Another guest friendly hotel on Sukhumvit road that I recommend is the Ambassador Hotel on Soi 11. Right now a superior room in the Tower Wing is on sale for around 1700THB per night including taxes. It's a nice 3 star hotel with lots of guest amenities.

And it's a big hotel too. Even the superior rooms are around 35 square meters. So there is plenty of room. There is also a popular after hours club downstairs in the hotels parking basement called Club Climax.

Check out the special rate for Ambassador Hotel and read the reviews for more information.

Bangkok Hotels With Girls

I receive a lot of questions regarding where one can find Thai call girls working inside guest friendly hotels in Bangkok that they can hire for sex.

Well the bad news is none. I'm not sure where people get the idea that hotels in Thailand can provide hookers for guests in the comforts of their own room. Like it's as simple as ordering room service. As far as I know Thai hotels run a legitimate business and really only care about getting tourists to fill the rooms.

Thai hotels do not play a direct role in providing hookers for guests enjoyment. Though there are plenty of hotels for example in Bangkok's Sukhumvit Road or Pattaya's Beach Road right next to beer bars to find and pick up prostitutes.

Most certainly not a typical maid in Thailand
I have also never heard of Thai housekeepers turning tricks to earn some extra cash either. But have you seen Thai housekeepers? Not the sort that you'd want to wake up to in the morning or an hour later.

I have heard of hotels in Kuala Lumpur where prostitutes go room to room knocking on doors to hunt for punters. But those occurrences typically happen in the cheaper hotels in offshoot locations of budget hotels. Perhaps that's where a lot of people get the idea and think that the hotel industry in Bangkok, Pattaya or Phuket are the same.

The only possibility that I can think of where a hotel is delivering Thai bar girls straight to guests' room is not directly through the hotel itself.

Rather from the hotel staff, usually a bell boy who wants to make a nice commission by putting a nice little tax on top of what the prostitute is charging the punter.

Bell boys do have direct contact with guests especially when they spot a male checking in to a hotel all by their lonesome self near the city's red light districts.

I have been solicited by a bell hop once back awhile ago when I was visiting Bangkok. This was at a hotel near Patpong. Today it's called Furama Silom Hotel. It was a different name ages ago. When the bell boy accompanied me to my room with my bags in tow he started chatting with me, asking me questions.

Bell Boys - Great for bags, not so great for finding girls
He immediately sensed that I was not a frequent visitor to Thailand at the time. So he started asking me if I needed a guide to show me around Patpong's go go bars.

I politely declined because I knew I would have to pay for it. Yeah, I'm cheap. Anyways he then told me that he has photos of a few girls he could show me. If I like, he can send a girl to my room. Again, I politely declined.

From the look on his face he looked a little disappointed and asked if I needed a friend. It's a weird question. I replied I that have enough friends.

I wasn't being a total prick on purpose. But I'm looking to bang a bar girl. Not get banged by a bell boy who wants to make quick cash off of me.

The simple truth is I knew it's not hard to find what most single guys want in the city's playgrounds for men. I knew that Bangkok's nightlife girls are not hard to find if you'd only get out and look. There is no need to order up a girl to your room from an escort service, or through the help of the local hand in a hotel. Because you'll always end up paying more through those channels.

The the good news is you never have to go too far from a hotel near Bangkok's red light districts if you want to find Thai freelancers. As long as your hotel is in a tourist centric area such as along Sukhumvit road or close to Patpong on Silom road, it's not difficult at all to find a girl working at an establishment that's a front for prostitution.

Most of the hotels I've reviewed on this blog have map locations of not only where the hotels are located but also where the closest areas and adult establishments to have body massages, find bar girls and pick up Thai hookers.

For example Sukhumvit Soi 4 has a huge availability of prostitutes in Bangkok. The parking lot of the Nana Hotel after 9pm is where a lot of ladies gather while punters circle around like sharks in a feeding frenzy. You can go up to them, chat, and ask the ladies how much they charge. I guarantee that the price will be much cheaper than having a middle man bringing prostitutes back to your room.

A hotel that I recommend on Sukhumvit Soi 4 is the Heaven@4 Hotel. As you can see on the map below it's very close to find some action. I've even seen hookers hang out at the bar on the ground floor of the hotel. It's a hotel with budget rates and the Heaven@4 hotel management allows prostitutes to visit guests rooms.

Heaven@4 Hotel- Great location and guest friendly too!

You can also meet Thai freelancers inside club Liquid right by the Nana Hotel too, which is also right across the street from the go go bars inside Nana Entertainment Plaza. But I wouldn't recommend staying at Nana Hotel because it's quite old and the rooms are not worth the price.

Another hotel I highly recommend where you can find a lot of Thai prostitutes is the Ruamchitt Plaza Hotel. There is a bar in the basement of the hotel called Thermae. Head down there around 9pm and you'll find a handful of ladies standing around. Later on in the night there are at least 3 dozen, especially later on in the night during weekends.

So if you're planning a trip to Bangkok and it's your first time. You don't need to rely on outside help to find what you're looking for. There are plenty of useful guides to Nana and Soi Cowboy red light districts where you can find information on how much Thai bar girls and freelancers charge including where to go to find them.

Tai Pan Hotel Bangkok Review

The Tai Pan Hotel Bangkok is one guest friendly hotel minutes from Soi Cowboy that I receive a lot of questions about its policy on guests bringing back bar girls to a room. Also if it's a good hotel choice in the Sukhumvit district.

First off I think the hotel is a decent place because it is close to the BTS Sky Train and MRT subway station. So exploring and getting around Bangkok is easy. Secondly there are a handful of oily massage parlors nearby that I like. Soi Cowboy's go go bars are a 5 minute walk. Those are the good things.

But it is an older hotel in the area yet it has a strong following of returning guests because the rooms are maintained very well. So they must be doing something right.

A superior room at the Tai Pan is affordable. Not cheap by any means but you can get better rates than the hotel directly by booking through Agoda.com where you can get a superior room for around 2000THB. And the hotel has good recreational facilities like a big swimming pool. Though the fitness room's equipment looks like it's stuck in an 80's time warp.

It has been brought to my attention that the Tai Pan is not bar girl friendly at all and a guest will get hit with a 700THB joiner fee if you try. That's only true if you book a room for 1 guests. Book for 2 guests and you won't get charged as you can see from the email I received from Tai Pan regarding their policy on bar girls:
Greetings From Tai-Pan Hotel
To Mr. jim
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your e-mail and pleased to inform you that will charge for joiner if you booked for 1 per son, and we will not charge you if you
Booked for 2 persons.
However your visitor must deposit her /or his I.D. card at front desk.
Kind Regards
Vilad Front Office Dept.
Just book a room for 2 and make sure it's a deluxe room for a queen sized bed. Superior rooms have two twin beds. However both rooms are a massive 38 square meters big.

It won't cost extra anyways and it's just a minor technicality that hotels require on their record keeping end. And like any other joiner free hotel in Thailand, bar girls, massage girls or whomever you meet in the city's naughty nightlife establishments must leave their I.D. card at the front desk for your safety.

The hotel is deemed as a 3.5 star hotel. I just give it 3 stars mainly due to the room size given to guests. And the Tai Pan Hotel does have a lot of mixed reviews. But what hotel doesn't? It's in a great location, the hotel is quite nice and you can't ask for anything more.

Soi Cowboy Hotels

8 Recommended Soi Cowboy Guest Friendly Hotels in Bangkok

When it comes to go go bar girls, only one red light district is known to have some of the most beautiful Thai ladies around. Which is why many hotels close to Soi Cowboy are even more popular. But the most beautiful looking girls working in the bars usually come with a higher price tag. And so does a lot of hotels surrounding the tiny strip of red light district too.

There are a lot of 4 star hotels along the Asoke and Sukhumvit road intersection, where Soi Cowboy is tucked away. It's not a cheap charlie section of Bangkok but that doesn't mean you won't be able to find a good budget hotel either. That is if you don't mind a 10 minute walk.

You can find quite a few comfortable hotels in the 2 star range near Soi Cowboy with rates for standard rooms ranging from 1000THB to 1400THB. Spend a 1000THB more and you've got yourself a nicer hotel with a bigger room.

Popular hotels near Soi Cowboy go go bars
*All rates you see above are approximate and can change.

The 4 star Grand Millennium Hotel is the cream of the crop so if you can afford to spend around 4000THB comfortably then you should stay there, you won't regret it.

Darjelling Hotel is the cheapest of the bunch but that doesn't mean a room at Darjelling is total crap. They have comfortable rooms with flat screen television, free Wi-Fi, electronic room safe. The hotel even has a swimming pool. With a price range around 1200THB the Darjelling is an attractive hotel that is a short 5 minute walk to the tale end of Soi Cowboy on Sukhumvit Soi 23.

Above are just a handful of popular hotels near Soi Cowboy that are joiner free. There are many more confirmed Thai bar girl friendly hotels in the area and you can find them here with reviews and location maps. Obviously, the more money you spend, the better your hotel room will be. As you can see on the map it's an ideal location because the BTS and MRT train stations are so close. Food, shopping and adult entertainment are right at your fingertips.

3 Star Hotels in Sukhumvit I Love to Recommend

Of all the districts with hotels in Bangkok, Sukhumvit is the prime location. Not only is it because there are 2 red light districts but it's also because most of the city's nightlife establishment's thrive there. It's also where you can find a lot of popular 3 star hotels that do not charge joiner fees to guests. So the hotels don't have a problem if you choose to invite Thai bar girls back to your room.

First off I'd like to explain my perception of a 3 star hotel in Bangkok. It has to be clean, in great condition, have a pool and or gym. And most important of all the price should not cost more than 3000THB.

You might see that the hotels I recommend below are listed as 4 star properties elsewhere. Well I'm not so liberal and I guess my expectations are just a little higher. But regardless, these are really nice affordable hotels in Sukhumvit that are close to the Nana BTS station and especially to Nana and Soi Cowboy red light districts.

1. Bel Aire Princess Bangkok Hotel:

Bel Aire Princess - Superior Double Room
The Bel Aire Princess is one of those hotels that become an immediate favorite for frequent visitors to the city's naughty nightlife venues.

It's near a very busy section of Bangkok, just a 100 meters down Sukhumvit Soi 5 with many massage parlors, restaurants and other shops close by.

The Bel Aire's superior rooms are 32 square meters. So you'll have plenty of room for yourself and company. It has all the comforts you'll ever need and one of the better hotels near Nana Plaza.

One thing that I have to mention about the Bel Aire is to make sure when you check in at reception is to mention that the room is for 2 guests. Because the hotel has a strict 2 person per room occupancy room. And the hotel will charge a joiner fee if you've booked a room for 1 guest only. Here is an email from the Bel Aire regarding their policy:
Dear Mr. James Hunt,
Greetings from all of us at Bel-Aire Princess, Bangkok. May we inform you that Hotel’s policy for the guest’s visitor: there is an additional charge at THB 1,000 net for guest’s visitor or friend, please kindly contact our Reception for further detail on arrival. But if you booked a double room (double occupancy mention– 2 persons for booking), we will not charge for visitor. Kindly leave her I.D. Card at Reception when check in at our hotel.
Best regards,
Khanin P. (Mr.)
Reservations Manager
In any case, by booking a room at the Bel Aire Princess through Agoda.com you will see that the occupancy is already set to 2 guests. A 1000THB joiner fee sure can be painful otherwise. Note that the hotel requires your invited guests to leave her I.D. card with reception. This is a normal procedure for most guest friendly hotels in Thailand.

2. Ambassador Hotel Bangkok:

Ambassador Hotel - Superior Room
The next 3 star girl friendly Sukhumvit hotel I like to recommend is the Ambassador Hotel. It's a massive hotel fit for holding big conventions and meetings.

Billed as a business hotel the Ambassador is also a great leisure hotel. It has a big swimming pool and big adequate gym for the fitness enthusiasts. It even has a squash court and not too many affordable hotels in Bangkok I know of have one of those.

The hotel is located on Sukhumvit Soi 11, an area which I like to call Club row because there are many popular bars and clubs to party near the hotel.

But let's say you don't want to go out. But you still want to have a great time at a club. Well right in the hotel's car park basement is Club Climax, a hot spot of Thai freelancers. Best to visit the club around 10pm and it closes late at around 4am (closing time can change though) which means you might find go go bar girls from Soi Cowboy and Nana flowing in to make some quick extra cash. An entrance fee to the club cost 200THB and you get a ticket for one free drink.

It's quite a nice hotel in Sukhumvit district that has been renovated in 2009. However, it's a very popular hotel so I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot of rooms that have seen a lot of wear and tear. But there are over 700 hotel rooms so if you're not satisfied with your room try asking for another.

A superior room cost around 2000THB but you can get better rates for the Ambassador Hotel for around 1700THB.

3. Galleria 10 Sukhumvit Hotel (Formerly Ramada Encore)

As the newest bar girl friendly hotel, the Galleria is a great little hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 10. Although it's in a quiet section of the Soi it's still in a great location.

Soi Cowboy is a 10 minute walk away with the Asoke BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station on the way. And right by the entrance of Soi 10 is Lolita's 2, a BJ bar that is popular for for some, but not me though. I prefer heading over to Thermae bar and coffee which is directly right across Sukhumvit road.

It's the smallest hotel on this list too but it's also the coolest too. There is a rooftop swimming pool right next to a lounge/bar called Leapfrog. Matter of fact the entire hotel seems to be designed for club minded tourists with all the neon colors inside of the hotel.

Now the standard rooms are on the small side, it's around 28 square meters. But it's a very clean modern hotel room with high quality furnishings. And the room is equipped with outlets for viewing your computer on the the large flat screen television. And everything in the room is controlled by a control panel by the bed.
And the bed is one of the best I've ever slept on.

In my opinion, this hotel borders right on the 4 star range.

As a newer hotel in the Sukhumvit district and because of it's quality the rates can be expensive, reaching upwards to 3000THB per night. Even at that price rate it's actually worth it. However, you should check Agoda's rates for Galleria 10 Sukhumvit for discounts that can be as high as 30% off.

These are all great 3 star hotels in Bangkok close to a lot of nightlife and the Nana BTS station.
